児童生徒は、毎日メイプル祭に向け熱心に練習していますが、もちろん授業にも一生懸命取り組んでいます。本日１校時２年生は、算数で「直角三角形」を学習しました。三角形については前時までに学習済みですが、直角三角形は初めてです。直角三角形の特徴、確かめ方などみんなで考えながら授業を進めていました。
２校時５年生は社会科で、「日本の水産業がかかえている課題を見つけ、その解決方法を考える」をテーマに授業を進めていました。黄色の付箋に課題、ピンクの付箋にその解決策を記入し、台紙に張り可視化していきました。グループ内で議論を深め、協働しながら解決策を真剣に考えていました。
午後は、初等部リハーサルがありました。最初に、担当の先生から本番同様の気持ちで発表するようお話がありました。幕間に披露される委員会ごとの英語スピーチは、皆声がよく出ており、自分の好きなことや将来の目標についてしっかり発表できました。低中高の舞台発表も観客をひきつけ、場内が笑いや感動でひとつになっていました。本番まであと２日です。
